Is Eureka Kikuyu available in seed?
Eureka Kikuyu is a male sterile kikuyu and therefore can't be grown or spread from seed. It regrows from its own runners and root system. Eureka Kikuyu produces little to no seed heads.
Is Eureka Kikuyu shade tolerant?
Eureka Kikuyu is best suited to an area of full sun. It can handle a maximum of 1-2 hours of shade a day. In areas of heavy shade kikuyu will be thin, patchy and not grow as vigorously.

Is Eureka Kikuyu good for kids and pets?
Eureka Kikuyu is a great variety for kids and pets because it is very hardy and self-repairing. It grows quickly, so can keep up with a lot of traffic and is nice and soft to sit and lie on. It will self-repair if damaged.
What height should I mow my Eureka Kikuyu?
Eureka Kikuyu can be mown anywhere from 20-50mm and needs to be mown regularly to keep up with its fast growth!
